Oregon Urology Institute Clinic on Hartman Lane will be open on a limited basis with reduced schedules due to the damage to the office from flooding during the January Ice Storm and Power Outage.
Your appointment may be at our main office or could be at our Radiation Center (1457 G Street, Springfield, OR). Telemedicine appointments will still be utilized when appropriate. If we have rescheduled your appointment to our Radiation Center, or you were scheduled for the Rapid Access Clinic, you were given the address at the time of scheduling. Your reminder may still have the address for the Hartman building. Please go where the scheduler advised you to go when they scheduled your appointment.
Interpath Lab in our building is still not open. If your lab order was sent to Interpath, please find one of their alternative locations to get labs drawn. Here is the link to their locations: https://www.interpathlab.com/locations/
Our Surgery Center remains closed at this time. If you have an upcoming procedure, our schedulers will contact you to reschedule at another facility or location. Thank you for your patience during this time.
