To serve our patients better, Starting April 1, 2024, we are excited to announce the opening of a new clinic in addition to our main facility in Springfield.
Office appointments with the providers below will now be held at this new location in the Gateway Medical Center, located at 1007 Harlow Rd, 3rd Floor, Springfield, OR, 97477.

However, some appointments will continue at our Springfield location on Hartman Road. This includes imaging appointments (X-ray or CT), ultrasounds, PTNS appointments, visits to our Rapid Access Clinic, or procedures. This includes all procedures at the Oregon Surgi Center. If your appointment type is among these, you’ll be seen at the Springfield location on Hartman Road.
Please note, if you have appointments at both locations, they are just a brief 2-minute walk apart. We are gradually transitioning services to the new facility and will keep you informed about these changes.
To ensure you arrive at the correct location for your upcoming appointment, please look out for an email, text, or call with the details. You can also check the patient portal to verify the location of your appointments, particularly if you have multiple appointments scheduled, as they may be at different facilities.
