Paige Price, FNP-C

Paige was born and raised in St. Louis, MO where she received her first bachelor’s degree in business. She then went on to obtain her bachelor’s in science of nursing from Denver School of Nursing. Kayla O'Brien, FNP-C

Kayla is a Georgia native, having grown up in the Atlanta area. She earned both her BSN with a Spanish minor and MSN with a concentration in Family Practice at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia. After completing her BSN, she worked as an RN in pediatric hematology/oncology for 5 years and adult medical oncology for 3 years, before going on to earn her MSN degree. She moved from Atlanta to the Eugene/Springfield area in 2018, working as a nurse practitioner. She developed a special interest in urology after a rotation while in school. She is looking forward to gaining a new area of expertise in urology, while building upon knowledge earned from a background in oncology. She works hard to ensure her patients always feel well informed and taken care of. She enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, baking, crafting/painting, traveling, reading, podcasts, music, and comedy shows.

Michael H. Johnson, MD, FACS

Dr. Johnson was recruited from the Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he was faculty in Urology and Oncology.  He was director of International Urology and an NIH-funded researcher in urologic oncology.  He taught advanced surgical techniques in urologic cancers, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and minimally invasive surgery.  Dr. Johnson has received numerous awards, for his teaching and research efforts. He has authored many scientific publications, including research articles, videos of surgical techniques, and textbook chapters.

Parker-Leigh found a love of urology during a time working in a private urology clinic in Seattle. After graduating from nursing school, she knew that emergency nursing was what she desired. Mark A. Wells, PA-C

Mark spent 10 years in the Navy as a Hospital Corpsman stationed mostly with the Marines providing healthcare and combat medicine. While on active duty he also received a masters degree in sports medicine and is a certified athletic trainer.
