Beth was born and raised in a small rural town in Oklahoma before attending Oklahoma City University for her undergraduate degree in biomedical science. She then attended the University of Leeds and obtained a Master of Science in International Health. While abroad, she was able to attend WHO and UN meetings in Geneva, Switzerland. After returning home, she worked as a scribe for the University of Oklahoma Urology department. She then attended Oklahoma City University once more for her master’s degree in physician assistant studies. Beth enjoys hiking with her spouse and dogs, visiting the Oregon coast, OU sooner football, cooking, and yoga in her free time.
