Contact Center Representative (Full Time)

Contact Center- Full Time SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports to Reception Manager Supervision Exercised: None Essential Functions:
  • Answers/routes phone calls to appropriate department.
  • Schedules patient appointments by entering/verifying/changing patient demographics or insurance coverage in the computer.
  • Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job holder must demonstrate current competencies for job position: Education: High school graduate Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years recent experience in healthcare setting Knowledge:
  • Scheduling
  • Medical terminology, knowledge of medical procedures
  • Computer experience required
