Secure Electronic Communication

The Oregon Urology Institute is now able to offer our patients a Secure Patient Portal for your convenience.  This will allow you the option of communication via secure email, as well as requesting and sending certain other information.

What the patient Portal Services Provide
 

Electronically send payments on your account
 

Electronically send questions regarding your bill or, statements, and questions regarding your insurance to our billing office.
 

Electronically send non-urgent questions to our clinical staff.  In some instances your question may indicate the need for a follow up phone call or office visit.
 

Electronically request non-urgent appointments with your physician.
 

Electronically request your test results, whether you would like them mailed or available electronically.
 

Electronic communication keeps your personal information confidential, and allows you access in a secure fashion.  You will receive notification of the available requested information to your personal email that you have provided to our office.  It will not contain any confidential information; it will only state that you have a message from "The Oregon Urology Institute".  The message will contain a link to follow, and will direct you to our secure patient portal, where you may retrieve the information you have requested.
 

If you would like to learn more about this service, please ask our front desk for information on getting started.  You will be provided instructions on how to sign up to begin using the patient portal.

Please remember, the patient portal is not intended for urgent matters or emergent care.  If you experience an emergency you should call 911, or visit your nearest emergency department.
